Processing time

All items are made to order. Once you place your order and email us your photo, production typically takes 5-7 working days before dispatch. Orders placed without a photo on file will not enter production until the photo is received.

Shipping details

• We offer free shipping on all prepaid and COD orders across India.
• Estimated transit time after dispatch is 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
• A tracking link is shared via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on most pincodes, with some restrictions for remote areas.

Delays

While we aim to meet the timelines above, factors like courier disruptions, regional restrictions, or incomplete address details can occasionally cause delays. We'll proactively notify you by email if your order is delayed beyond the estimated window.
