Acceptance of terms
By using this website and placing an order with The Sunshine, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Customization & intellectual property
By submitting a photo for printing, you confirm you own the rights to that image or have permission to use it, and you grant us a limited license to reproduce it solely for the purpose of producing your order. We do not claim ownership of your photos and will not use them for any purpose beyond fulfilling your order without your consent.
Pricing & payment
All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices at any time without prior notice; price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Order acceptance
An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example in cases of suspected fraud, an unprintable image, or unavailability of materials — in which case a full refund will be issued.
Limitation of liability
The Sunshine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
